1. Introduction

2.1 Woob provides a web-based landing-page builder and hosting platform.
2.2 We host, maintain and support the infrastructure to allow you to build, publish and host landing pages and associated content.
2.3 We may from time to time add features, modify functionality, and update the Service.

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1 You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering.
3.2 You are responsible for your account credentials and must keep them secure.
3.3 You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.
3.4 You are responsible for the content you publish using the Service. You must not publish content that is unlawful or infringes third-party rights.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

4.1 You agree not to use the Service to:

upload or publish content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or violates privacy rights;

send spam or unsolicited bulk communications;

interfere with or disrupt the Service or use it to launch attacks (e.g., DDoS, viruses);

attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, systems or accounts.
4.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

5. Account, Fees and Payment

5.1 Your use of the Service may be subject to subscription fees, one-off charges or usage fees as described on our website or in a quote.
5.2 Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.
5.3 All fees exclude any applicable taxes (e.g., GST).
5.4 We may change our pricing from time to time; we will notify you of changes prior to your next billing period.
5.5 If you fail to pay fees when due, we may suspend your access to the Service until payment is made.

6. Service Levels, Hosting & Data

6.1 We endeavour to provide high availability hosting but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
6.2 You are responsible for backing up your content. We are not responsible for any loss of data unless due to our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
6.3 We may perform maintenance, upgrades or downtime; we will provide notice where practicable.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 We (or our licensors) own all intellectual property rights in the Service and our platform.
7.2 You retain ownership of the content you upload or publish. By using the Service you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, display and transmit your content for the purpose of providing the Service.
7.3 You must not copy, modify or create derivative works of our platform or technology.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

8.1 The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8.2 We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8.3 Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under consumer law (where applicable) that cannot be excluded.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under or in connection with these Terms is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9.2 We are not liable for indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue or data.
9.3 This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action or theory.

10. Termination & Suspension

10.1 Either party may terminate these Terms by giving 30 days’ written notice (unless a different period is agreed).
10.2 We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.
10.3 On termination, you must stop using the Service. We may delete your account and your content after a retention period communicated to you.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
11.2 Any dispute shall be resolved by court in Perth, Western Australia, unless we agree otherwise.

12. Changes to Terms

12.1 We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes (via email or platform).
12.2 Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
